All in all, I had a fantastic experience from start to finish simply due to an honest and professional service from all staff I encountered.
There are many choices of grass out there which may not be fit for purpose so it's vital valuable (face to face) customer service is available.
We previously purchased a good quality 32mm pile named St. Lucia, online, and that was like new when we moved 3 years later with 4 children stomping on it daily. The Agility style appears to be high a quality product, a tier above our previous grass and it looks fantastic after the sun has raised it blades. One thing which confirms the premium quality of this grass is the extra 60-70mm backing, running down each side of the two 4m x 25m rolls. I've never seen this on any other product and I've now seen a few.
These guys are highly recommended!
